Ingredients for Beef Seekh Kababs for Eid-ul-Azha 2016:
- Beef Mince 1 KG
- All spices powder (garam Masala) 1 tablespoon
- Coriender powder 1 tablespoon
- One finally chopped Onion
- Crushed Green Chilies 5 to 6
- Crushed Coriander leaves half cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder 1 tea spoon
- Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
- Gram Flour 4 tablespoon
- Egg one
- Salt to taste
How to prepare Beef Seekh Kababs?
In a glass bowl put the beef mince and add all the above mentioned ingredients. Now mix the spices with beef mince well and let the ingredients set for 15 minutes.
Now put the beef mince on the skewer and shape it with wet hands. Now put the skewer on coals to cook. Let them cook for 5 minutes on the coal and oil them with the help of brush.
When Seekh Kababs turn into golden from all sides, Put them into the try and serve with Tomato Chili sauce.
