Oil 2 teaspoon

Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder ½ teaspoon

Paprika powder ½ teaspoon

Salt ½ teaspoon

Cumin seed powder ½ teaspoon

Coriander powder ½ teaspoon

All spices powder ½ teaspoon

Ingredients for Tikka Masala Sauce?

Oil 2 tablespoon

Onion 1 medium

Garlic ginger paste ½ teaspoon

Green chili 2 to 3

Paprika powder ½ teaspoon

Salt ½ teaspoon

Cayenne paper powder

Fenugreek leaves 1 teaspoon

Red bell paper one chopped

3 Tomato paste

Non-diary yogurt

All spices powder ½ teaspoon

Cashew cream (to make cashew cream blend ¼ cup of cashew with ¼ cup of water to get the thick paste)

How to prepare Cauliflower Tikka Masala?

Add the cauliflower florets into a bowl add oil, lemon juice. In another bowl mix all above mentioned spices and sprinkle on the cauliflower and mix until all florets coat well.

Now it’s a time to bake florets by placing them into a baking tray and bake at 400 degrees F (205 C) for 25 minutes.

How to prepare tikka masala sauce?

In a pan saute onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilies together. Now add all the spices mentioned above and saute. Add tomato paste and yogurt, mix well and let them cook for few minutes.

Now add the backed cauliflower florets into the sauce and add cashew cream into it. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

The delicious and mouthwatering Cauliflower Tikka Masala is ready. You can garnish it with fenugreek leaves or cilantro and sprinkle some smoked paprika and heat it for more few minutes.
