  • Green chili 2 to 3

  • Fenugreek leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Red bell paper one chopped
  • 3 Tomato paste
  • Non-diary yogurt
  • All spices powder ½ teaspoon
  • Cashew cream (to make cashew cream blend ¼ cup of cashew with ¼ cup of water to get the thick paste)

How to prepare Cauliflower Tikka Masala?

Add the cauliflower florets into a bowl add oil, lemon juice. In another bowl mix all the above-mentioned spices and sprinkle on the cauliflower and mix until all florets coat well.
