Flaxseed Ka Laddu Recipe by Shaheen Ali

Ingredients:

Flaxseeds (Alsi) 1 cup

Sesame Seeds (Til)  ½ cup

Pistachio (pista) powder 4 tablespoon

Coconut powder 4 tablespoon

Semolina (sooji) 4 tablespoon

Honey as required

Olive oil as required

Method:

Roast the flaxseeds and sesame seeds for 2 to 3 minutes and grind them to make a fine powder. Now roast the semolina for 2 minutes and add it in flaxseeds and sesame powder with pistachio powder and coconut powder. Mix them well and knead dough with honey. Now make small balls of the dough by using olive oil at your palms. After making balls Laddus garnish them with pistachio. Now Flaxseeds Laddu are ready to eat.
