- Chicken mince 1kg
- Boiled and chopped potatoes 4 medium sized
- Rice flour half cup
- One egg
- ½ tea spoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How to make crispy Chicken Potatoes rolls?
In a blender add boiled chopped, chicken mince, garlic powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, rice flour 2 tablespoon and egg. Mix them well to make a thick paste. Pour the paste in the bowl and add rice flour and mix. Now grease your palms and make rolls. Now roll them into bread crumbs and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.
After half an hour fry the rolls until they get golden brown color. Your crispy chicken potatoes rolls are ready; serve them with ketchup or tamarind sauce.
