Cucumber is cultivated widely in the world, belongs to gourd family it contains 90% of water and helps to eliminate body toxins.   • Cucumbers 2 medium size
  • 5 to 6 radish
  • Cream Cheese one cup
  • A bunch of scallions
  • Salt and pepper to taste


First of all wash all the vegetables and cut them into fine shaped pieces. Put them into a bowl and add salt and pepper and cream cheese. Stir all ingredients together.  The cucumber salad is ready to eat.
