Nargisi Chicken Pulao Recipe
Here is the complete recipe of Nargisi Chicken Pulao:
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg (boiled)
- Eggs 4 (boiled)
- Rice 750 gm (boiled)
- Onion 2 large size
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- yogurt 1 cup
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Kewra essence few drops
- Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
Preparation:
In pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste, whole spices, boiled chicken and fry. In another pan fry the onion until turn golden brown.
In a bowl add yogurt, salt, pepper, all spice, and brown onions and stir well. Now add the mix material in pan and spread boiled rice on top of it, pour 2 tbsp ghee, kewra water and cover the pan with lid.
Let the Nargisi Chicken Pulao to cook for 15 minutes on a slow flame. Now dish it out and decorate with boiled eggs and serve with raita.
