Earlier, the Chairman of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman had declared that the minimum Sadaqat-ul-Fitr was Rs.170 as per the Wheat rate and everyone needs to pay it according to his/her financial conditions.
The Ex-Chairman of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman announced the amount of Sadaqa-e-Fitr, Fidya in Pakistan in 2023 after consulting with the rest of the Ulema of the Committee.
