Getting the CRC from NADRA is very easy. You can get the CRC (B-Form) by providing proof of childbirth from the union council. For getting CRC there is a need for the Parents ID Card and if the Overseas Pakistanis apply for the NADRA CRC for their kids they need to have the NICOP.

You can apply for Child Registration Certificate (CRC) by visiting NADRA Registration Center.
Some below mentioned steps which you will be following at the NRC:
You will be given a token.
Your photograph, fingerprints and signature will be taken.
You need to enter provide your data and the form will be printed to be reviewed.
Your printed application form will be given to you.
Now you need to get it attested by gazetted officer by submitting it to the concerned NRC.
In case any of your father/mother is available at the time of application at the NRC, their biometrics can be captured, and as a result attestation of the form is not required.
It will take 5 working days.
You will be charged a minimal fee for B-form.
