  • Chicken 1 cup chopped
  • Shawarma dough 1 packet
  • Mayonnaise 1 packet
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Black paper 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Gram masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili paste 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt 3 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
  • Crush red chili 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Onion 1
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup chopped
  • Tomato 1/2 cup chopped
  • cucumber chopped (if you like it in Shawarma)
  • Slat to taste

Method:

Put the chicken pieces into the bowl and add red chili powder, black paper powder, gram masala powder, cumin seed powder, salt ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, yogurt and green chili paste. Now marinate the chicken for half an hour and hen cook it with two tablespoon oil.
