Prime Minister’s Interest Free Loans Scheme had launched a number of programs in order to facilitate the nation one of them is the Interest-Free Loans Scheme. The Prime Minister’s Interest Free Loans Scheme lets you have a loan to start your own business. The Prime Minister’s Interest Free Loans Scheme is purely initiated to help the poor to start up a business with a loan provided by the scheme. Moreover, Women can also have the share of 50% in the Prime Minister’s Interest Free Loans Scheme.  It means that women will also be able to have loan to run their business.

According to media sources nearly PKR 3.5 billion has been allocated for the Prime Minister’s Interest Free Loans Scheme.

This loan scheme is totally free from any type of interest. The interested candidates can Rs.25, 000 averages (up to RS 50,000) and the number of loans would be about 250,000.

Eligibility Criteria:

The poor people with the 40% poverty score are eligible to Prime Minister’s Interest Free Loans Scheme.

The focus of the program would be in the category of the poor scoring between 18.5 and 40.

Even though twice dipping will not be permissible to those who are recipients of loans under BISP, since not all those scoring up to 18.5 are BISP recipients (BISP micro-scheme or actual BISP) or taking loans under BISP umbrella, they will be suitable offered they meet other requirements of this scheme.
