DGMO Pakistan Calls on Indian Counterpart Over Vengeance at LoC

Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) Pakistan has called on his Indian counterpart in order to discuss the situation of vengeance at Line of Control (LoC).

The DGMO Pakistan has contacted the Indian DGMO over the consistent Indian firing and shelling cause ten casualties including three soldiers at the LoC, reported ISPR. This is the first time since the surgical strike by India, that the DGMOs of both the countries held talks.

Pakistani DGMO had claimed proof for allegations against Pakistan that were raside by the Indian army, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home minister, Rajnath Singh.

Earlier the firing by India at LoC has claimed the lives of Captain Taimoor, Hawaldar Mushtaq Hussain and Lance naik Ghulam Hussain. The Indian forces had also targeted a passenger coach in Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir, which resulted seven dead and seven wounded.

The DGMOs of the both countries has earlier made a hotline contact after an attack on Indian army in Baramulla District in September. The attack in in Baramulla District in September by Indian army left 19 soldiers dead and several injured.

Though, Pakistan is expecting the proof after over two months.
