Earthquake in Pakistan Jolts Major Cities. A moderate to severe earthquake jolts the major cities of Pakistan today on the night of 26th February at 08.54 PM, reports. The earthquake in Pakistan today has emerged from different parts of Punjab, including Lahore, Sheikhupura, Muridke,Jaranwala, and Kasur, as well as surrounding areas, including Patoki and Chunian.

There are no reports of damage so far. The earthquake created panic among people, and they rushed out of their homes, reciting verses of the Holy Quran. The 4.3 magnitudes of the earthquake were felt in many parts of Punjab, Pakistan, including Lahore.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD} is about to issue a detailed report on the earthquake.
