Easy to Cook Phirni Recipe

Easy to Cook Phirni Recipe.  Phirni is also known as Firni is a delicious dessert. It is very much popular in Asian countries. People love to eat Phirni on many occasions and festivals. Today I will tell you easy to cook Phirni Recipe. You can cook it at home very easily.

Ingredients for Phirni:

  • Full Cream Milk 2 liter
  • Basmati Rice 5 to 6 tablespoon
  • Sugar one cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ teaspoon
  • Saffron half spoon
  • Rose extract/essence 4 drops
  • Chopped Almonds 8 to 10

  • Chopped Pistachio 8 to 10
  • Raisins 8 to 10

Method:

Soak basmati rice into the water for at least 1 hour. Now put soaked rice into the mixture with one glass of water and make a fine paste. In a small bowl put 2 tablespoons of milk, add saffron and put aside. In a pan boil milk for 5 minutes and add socked rice paste in it. Mix it well and cook for 10 minutes. When you see rice become soft add saffron milk and sugar in it and cook until it turns into a thick texture, now add cardamom powder and mix it. Put the Phirni in the serving bowl and garnish it with chopped almonds, pistachio and raisins. Serve it chilled.
