Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2018 will be co-hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka

Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2018: Schedule, Teams and Venues. Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2018 is all set to kick off on 6^th December 2018 in the National Stadium Karachi and Sri Lanka. Pakistan and Sri Lanka will co-host the Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2018 in Karachi and the opening match of the tournament will be played between Pakistan and Hong Kong on 6^th December in the National Stadium.

Teams:

There will be eight teams that are participating in the Asia cup 2018 tournament schedule to take place on December, 6 in Karachi.

The eight participating teams are as follows;

1. Pakistan,
2. Sri Lanka,
3. Afghanistan,
4. India,
5. Oman,
6. Bangladesh,
7. Hong Kong,
8. United Arab Emirates (UAE),

All the participating teams are divided into two groups A and B.

Group A:

Sri Lanka, India, Afghanistan and Oman.

Group B:

Pakistan, Bangladesh, UAE and Hong Kong.

The opening match of the tournament will be played between Group ‘B’ games Pakistan and Hong Kong on 6^th December in the National Stadium, while the matches in Sri Lanka will start on the 07^th December, 2018.

The Group ‘B’ matches of Pakistan leg will be played in two venues of Karachi i.e. National Stadium and South-End Ground Club from 6^th to 9^th December, 2018.

The participating teams will arrive in Karachi on 4^th December and will practice on the next day at National Stadium. On the same day, Bangladesh and UAE will compete at South-End Ground Club.
