Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) is a charity and social welfare organization established by the Government of Pakistan through a 1992 Act. It’s a semi-autonomous body set up significantly to help poverty relief through its various projects. It is offering financial help to the poor and needy with an emphasis on rehabilitation. It is assisting the poor with government funds all across the country.
The PBM is especially helping the poor and needy who can’t afford to have the proper facilities. It is offering a number of projects for providing assistance to the destitute, widows, orphans, invalids, students, and other needy persons in society.
It is also the sponsor of the Benazir Income Support Programme and offers money to poor and deserving students at almost all universities in Pakistan.
PBM Programs
PBM is providing assistance to the destitute, widows, orphans, invalids, and other needy persons who are suffering from severe diseases and can’t afford to bear the expenses.
Special Program
Udder the Special Program PBM is offering financial help to poor people who are earning less than Rs.10,000 per month.
1. Educational assistance
Needy, orphaned children and deserving students who can’t afford higher professional education are being offered Educational assistance.
2. Shelter homes
Providing shelter homes to the elderly and homeless people.
3. Hospitals and rehabilitation centers
Offering free medical treatment to the poor and deserving people by setting up free hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
4. Educational & vocational training programs
Providing financial assistance and grants to benevolent institutions with educational & vocational training programs.
5. Self-employment schemes
PBM also sponsors and promotes self-employment schemes.
6. Women Empowerment Centers
Women Empowerment Centers have been established throughout the country in order to train women in the fields of Computer, use of Office Equipments like Fax, Photocopiers, Printers, Interior Decoration, Beautician, Cooking, Tie & Dye, and Glass Painting, etc.

You can submit your application along with all required documents to Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal District Office for financial assistance in different categories mentioned below:
1. Disable Person/Special Friends
Under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal for the disabled, they are offering assistance packages for disabled persons Rs.30,000 to Rs. 60, 000 PKR will be given to them annually.

All those needy widows, orphan girls, and other women who want to earn a livelihood can have sewing machines under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal financial assistance.
