Honda has unleashed it’s all new Accord 2018, the 10th generation sedan on Friday 14th July in Detroit. The company has first introduced its new Honda Accord 2018 in the US and it will make a global entre in an automotive market by the fall of this season. Honda has given the Accord 2018 car a sporty, sexy makeover. The Honda Accord 2018 looks like a sports car and as compared to its predecessor it’s extremely different in outer look.

The new Accord 2018 includes a 2.16-inch-longer wheelbase, is 0.39 inch wider with wider tracks front and rear. It contains more visible, LED headlights, fog lights and taillights.

The Honda Accord 2018 will be powered by a new 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged gasoline motor that makes 192 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque.

Honda has also made the inclusion of the new2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine or a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged version in the Accord 2018. It comes with a CVT transmission for the 1.5-liter engine, in Sport trim, or Honda’s new 10-speed automatic transmission while the 6 speed manual transmissions will be available in certain trim levels with all three gasoline engine options.

Speaking about cabin room of Accord 2018, its stretched to 2.5 cubic feet and the trunk has been allocated a further 1 cubic foot. In addition, the new accord 2018 has added 2 more inches of legroom as well.

Importantly all the variants of Honda Accord 2018, LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, EX-L Navi and Touring, will include all the “Honda Sensing” safety technologies as standard equipment. Presented on some models the advanced safety programs include blind-spot detection and cross-traffic monitor.

The Sport trims for the 1.5- and 2.0-liter engines will feature Honda’s short-throw 6-speed manual transmission. More information on the 2018 Accord’s accurate features and other details will be obtainable in the coming months.
