Homemade Creamy Kulfi Recipe
Now you can make creamy and delicious Kulfi at home. It’s a delicious desert on stick which is very much easy to make at home.
Ingredients for Making Kulfi:
• 8 cups of Milk
• One can of condensed Milk
• Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
• Cardamom powder ½ tsp
• Sugar one cup
• One cup milk powder
• Pistachios
Complete method of making Kulfi at home?
In a pan add 8 cups of milk, one cup of condense milk and one cup of milk powder. Put the pan on the low flame and cook it until it get thick or change into a thick creamy flavor.
Now put the thick creamy texture into the bowl and add cardamom and nutmeg powder. Mix them well and pour the mixture into the kulfi moulds. Put it into the refrigerator for freezing.
