Ingredients for making spicy Lahori Pakora:

  • 2 cups Gram Flour
  • Baking soda 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced Potatoes
  • Chopped Green Chilies
  • Sliced Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin Seeds 1tablespoon
  • Chopped Spinach 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 2 tablespoons
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat Masala 1 tablespoon
  • Water

Method:

Put the gram flour into the bowl add yogurt, salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, and water. Now mix all the ingredients well to get a thick paste. Now add chopped spinach, green chilies, potatoes, and onion to mix well.

Leave the mixture for half an hour to set. Now remix it and fry in the oil. Let them cook well. When getting crispy golden color put them into the dish and sprinkle chaat Masala on them. Now your spicy and crispy Lahori Pakoras are ready to eat. you can also watch the video to cook Lahori
