The partial solar eclipse takes place in the polar regions of the Earth when the center of the Moon’s shadow misses the Earth.

The partial solar eclipse will not be visible in Pakistan and India on 15th February, 2018. But you can enjoy the LIVE web stream of NASA that will showcase this spectacle on NASA’s website, Youtube channel and periscope @NASA.
