Ingredients for Beef Seekh Kababs for Eid-ul-Adha:

  • Beef Mince 1 KG
  • All spices powder (garam Masala) 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  • One finely chopped Onion
  • Crushed Green Chilies 5 to 6
  • Crushed Coriander leaves half cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Gram Flour 4 tablespoon
  • Egg one
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare Beef Seekh Kabab?

In a glass bowl put the beef mince and add all the above-mentioned ingredients. Now mix the spices with beef mince well and let the ingredients set for 15 minutes.

Now put the beef mince on the skewer and shape it with wet hands. Now put the skewer on the coals to cook.  Let them cook for 5 minutes on the coal and oil them with the help of a brush.

When Seekh Kababs turn golden from all sides, Put them into the tray and serve with Tomato Chili sauce.
